Homemade Lo Mein

Ingredients gathered…

This week I decided to try some new dishes myself, after realizing how bad I’ve been eating lately. I’ve been going through a time period in which I’ve relied mostly on junk food, which has been making me feel super sluggish and it’s just not working. I don’t usually eat like that, it’s just been a hectic time right now, so going out to buy fast food has seemed more convenient rather than actually cooking better for myself due to time. In the long run however, it just hasn’t been worth it. Not only is it bad for you of course, but it doesn’t satisfy your hunger for long. Before you know it, you’ll be hungry again in just a short period. So here, I present to you a creative but easy recipe that will satisfy you for the long run when you’re craving Chinese takeout. Plus, you’ll probably have extra leftover so you can save it for other meals during the week. It’s a win win on budget, time, and money.

1. Start off by cooking the vegetables in a large skillet.
2. Toss in the noodles & stir.
3. There you have it!
