Last weekend, I went to the keys. I think it was a time much needed to refresh and to start the new year off in a more positive note. The weather in Miami had been muggy, rainy and a bit cold for what we’re used to. On may way there, the weather seemed to get sunnier and therefore, warmer. The photo above was taken on the day I go there, which happened to be the best day in terms of weather. I had been to the keys only once before and I stopped at the first Island which is called Islamorada. This time, it was more of a family vacation and we drove up the the last one known as Key West. The sunsets there were beautiful, and the water was crystal clear in most areas. It was a nice and relaxing mini vacation. Especially since the holiday season was over and most people weren’t traveling at that time.
