Easy & Delicious Pesto Chicken Au Gratin

Once the chicken is completely cooked, it can be added onto white rice for a complete meal. With uncertainty, but hopes for the best, this plate was dinner approved by the ones I love, and I hope you’ll love it too! … More Easy & Delicious Pesto Chicken Au Gratin

A Quick And Fun Parfait

For the one who is in a rush for work, or to run some errands, this couldn’t be more simple and quick. Just pour some drinkable yogurt into a small cup, and add fruit to top. A more quick and simplified version would be like mine where I only added a banana instead of a variety of fruit. … More A Quick And Fun Parfait

Something French & Venezuelan

Today is only Monday and I am already feeling tired and overwhelmed since the Fall semester is coming to an end. In times like these, comfort food can help cheer us up, right?! Lol. Well… recently I went and tried out a new place called Bonjour Cafe and I am excited to tell you guys about it. One owner is French and the other Venezuelan. Put that together, and you get this! A cafe with many French and Venezuelan pastries, soups, salads, and famous french styled sandwiches.  There are also traditional Venezuelan foods such as Pan de jamón. When I went, I had a Quiche with freshly squeezed orange juice, and then a croissant filled with warm chocolate. The food was great, and so was the presentation. I can’t wait to go back and have a French onion soup next time! Yumm. … More Something French & Venezuelan

I’ve been going through a time period in which I’ve relied mostly on junk food, which has been making me feel super sluggish and it’s just not working. I don’t usually eat like that, it’s just been a hectic time right now, so going out to buy fast food has seemed more convenient rather than actually cooking better for myself due to time. In the long run however, it just hasn’t been worth it. Not only is it bad for you of course, but it doesn’t satisfy your hunger for long. Before you know it, you’ll be hungry again in just a short period. So here, I present to you a creative but easy recipe that will satisfy you for the long run when you’re craving Chinese takeout. Plus, you’ll probably have extra leftover so you can save it for other meals during the week. It’s a win win on budget, time, and money. … More Homemade Lo Mein
